In my current role with the Breakaway Group, I'm responsible for project management and oversee the creation of electronic health record task simulations. I lead a team consisting of a technical writer and multi-media designer. In our development process, I meet with the healthcare client SME and capture screens in their Cerner system as they walk me through the workflow. The end result is a simulation lesson and derivative test which is then uploaded to our proprietary LMS.
